Adam Murray Project

Adam has opened several shows here, always to wild acclaim. It's always a foot-stomping, high-energy performance. Lately, he's teamed up with Mike Naumann, one of the best drummers in these parts to form the Adam Murray Project. We caught a few shows at The Blue Parrot, in Wilmington, and the Project is a winner!t

Adam is a native of Halifax County, VA, born and raised on a tobacco farm. He came to Dover at age 10, then left after graduating from Dover High. He returned to the area a couple of years ago.

FaceBook is fun. There are LOTS of old photos floating around out there. Adam used to be a rock star. No, **REALLY**

To the left, there's a photo from his days with "Cold Shot" taken back in 1990.

Here's a video of Adam and his brother here, back in February

And Adam solo, on "the shiny guitar"

Trini & Friends

Trini's recently been making waves in the Delaware area, with an appearance October 5th at the Delmarva Folk Festival, and several recent open-mics in the area. She opened for Sharon Little here at Cooldog on October 20th, joined by Dave Cotullas on lead guitar. I've made some particularly fine videos of that set:

While Trini's major influences have come from the world of rock and metal --- Johnette Napolitano of Concrete Blonde, Doro Pesche of Warlock, Heart and Nightwish to name but a few, she's also reached back to her Spanish heritage (she was born in Madrid) for inspiration on the softer, more romantic side.
